The bio laundry ball washes your laundry without chemical detergent. Its natural action eliminates stains while protecting your clothes against oxidation, for enhanced color holding and fabric pliability. Furthermore, your laundry comes out fresh because the bio laundry ball.

The anti-bacterial effect of the bio laundry ball eliminates mould and pathogenic organisms in the washing and the machine and destroys any unpleasant smells causing bacteria, leaving your washing smelling fresh.

The bio laundry ball does not pollute, is recyclable and contains no chemicals. You can use them over and over again (approximately 1,200 washes), until the bio ceramic pellets run out. (It does not require regular refills of cleaning chemical pellets like other laundry balls.)

You save time because you just throw the bio laundry ball in with your washing and turn the machine on –No measuring, pouring, spilling or agitating, it’s so easy and simple for everyone.

Directions for use

1. Put the bio laundry ball in the washing machine together with the laundry.
2. For loads of more than 5kgs, use two laundry balls. (less 5kgs/one laundry ball).
3. For stubborn stains, grubby collars, etc. soak the laundry for several hours or overnight in the water activated by the laundry ball prior to continuing with the washing cycle (for a total chemical free solution.)
4. Alternatively you may add a small amount of concentrate detergent to your load or remove the stains with your traditional stain-remover and proceed with washing with the laundry ball.
5. In order to maintain its effectiveness, remove the laundry ball from the machine and expose it to sunlight once a month.

Bio laundry ball is consist up of 3 types of ceramics

"Bio laundry ball" that is to separate water molecules by electronic disjointing, and alkali ionize the water and to consolidate the basis of ability of washing, a surface active agent.

Ceramic A is deodorize to protect effect and an original domicile the outer line by the water emanation.

Ceramic B is maker water molecule mass to a small group which make higher penetration and weaken the surface tension.

1. Outshell case

1. Material : The material should be soft and not distort, even long time using. We have got our special designed material compounds for most suitable for laundry ball.
   If the material is hard, it can damage the laundry (clothes).
   If too soft, it can be distorted and makes the short durability.
2. Shape and holes : The shape is good for running the flowing of water circulation and not damage of laundry and washing machine.
   The proper holes makes the ceramic pallets function well with water going in and out. Let ceramic pellets work for changing of water in high efficiency.
   * Some of drum machines, especially in EU, the RMP(speed of circulation) of water is 2600RMP ~ 3000RMP.
   Even such high speed of RPM, the outshell should be not damaged and disparted.
3. Junction of outshell : Two parts of outshell should be joined firmly, even it is tramped by feet.
4. The outshell, including ceramic pellets should have some buoyancy.
   So, the laundry ball should be moved with flowing of water circulation.
   If the laundry ball is stayed on the bottom of washing machines, it does not good work for washing performance.
5. Resistance of high temperature of water : Even the laundry ball is in boiling water, the outshell should be kept in original shape and not disparted.
   Our outshell can endure upto 150 centigrade degree.
6. No noise : It should not make noise during washing.

2. Ceramic pellets

1. High performance of washing : There are so many kinds of ceramics.
   So, our ceramic pellets have been compounded and burnt in our special technology, after long experiment and field experience.
2. Not making fragile : If the ceramic pellets can be fragile in tiny pieces during washing, the tiny pieces of ceramic pellets can be damaged of laundry.
3. Long durability : the ceramic pellets can be used in many times, even 1,000 times.
