Design Features
Consists of an oblong hoop measuring approximately 37 inches in diameter
A number of wheels of discs are located on one inner side
A solid, heavy component is located on the side opposite the wheels
To use, individuals hold hoop around their waist and begin swiveling their midsection to initiate the spinning of the hoop
The wheels press against and roll over the user’s waist, stomach and back while the heavy weight applies centrifugal force
Usage
Fill at least 60% of the water container with water. (You can use rice or sand instead of water.)
Do not use in crowded areas.
Not recommended for people under 10 years old.
Use moderately during the first week(10 minutes per session recommended). After 1 week you can increase the water level and exercise time gradually. Do not exercise for more than 1 hour without stopping
Persons with sensitive skins should exercise caution when first using the Funkey Hula as bruising may occur due to the action of the massage wheels. Only exercise for short periods until your body gets conditioned to the massage action. Do not use on bare skin. Wear clothing of reasonable thickness to ensure comfort.
